let me finish for you. Fixed him up a blind date, they went out had fun hugged, kissed, a little forplay, then was asked another date, went to the Jerry Springer Show, She had something to tell him. LOL

I dont buy him anything for doing his job. Kind of like a few fast food joines i've been to....where they have a 'tip jar' next to the register (yes, it actually says 'tip jar')....making me my sandwich is part of your job description, why would u even think of asking for a tip?

NOW...on the other hand....when my dispatcher gets me the time off i request for Memorial Day weekend, i always buy him something from the speedway. Last couple years have been an autographed picture of his favorite driver.

I do like mine. He doesn't bother me at all, gives me the loads, leaves me alone, always answers my questions right away, helps me whenever I need, sends me "home" always in time... He is a caring person. One day one of my co-workers fell down nearby the terminal and broke her knee :biggrin_2555: He left his office and rushed to see her and offer help.
I told him I need to travel abroad and asked for several weeks off... asked if he would take me back and he said, "I am his driver and as long as he works in this co. I will have my place back...." That's very cool... I shall see though... :biggrin_25519: My load planner is also a great load planner.... Finally gave her a Happy New Year card and gift cards too... She said she is also looking forward to my return and "I am a GREAT RUNNER!!" That really makes me happy! :yes2557:

I gave mine the pleasure of my services. No late loads, no biotching and moaning, and what I would call a job well done.

Christmas is coming again... and I am starting to wonder what I am going to give to my dispatcher and load planner this year.
Last Thursday shipper had problems with order and held me there for over 7 hrs.... :biggrin_25510: Although the division I am in does not pay detention, my dispatcher told me he will pay me for some of the time I sat there. :biggrin_25519:
