Hello I was wondering what options are available to drivers for entertainment and to pass the time when not driving. I ask because back in the day my uncle would just watch tv and dvds.

Still do the same, but now there's also PS4, & satellite TV. I have both. But in all honesty. Once my day is done, I shower, have dinner watch a lil TV & I knock out.

Internet tablets. Facetime or skype with family and friends. Download videos on a tablet or laptop. Go for a walk. Do curls with your chains. Spank the monkey. Or my all time favorite, read books.

Laptop / phone for a bit then sleep. There isn't much time to play around.
On 34 hour resets the girls that walk around the truck stop might have ideas of something to do, Haha ;):p

I got my Xbox (didn't want to subject my ps4 to the road) and a tv with dvds. Watching mib3 now. I've also made due with a smart phone. But yeah I'm pretty much wiped after a shift

Off the road...Hulu Netflix on the laptop. Watch rookies try to park and do 5 to 10 pull-ups then drive away in disgust. Write on back of other drivers trailers "I have a tiny #####". Or "I don't give a #### if I'm in your way, Deal with it". However I don't write those things on Prime Trailers because it's already a known fact....

On the road entertainment, Dump my pee bottle onto 4 wheelers who have fog lights on for no apparent reason . Or Hang back and wait for that governed "mega" truck to try to pass me and then speed up and match his speed for a mile or two..or ride the middle lane going 55 in a 70mph highway until I get 3 character defamations on the CB

    Etc Etc

So its pretty similar to entertainment at the house depending on company policy and also with whether or not inverters are allowed. At one point I was thinking about bringing my game system but I'm concerned about the power usage. From my research a ps4, Xbox 360 or anything similar uses at least 100 watts but most use at least 150 watts. If an inverter isnt allowed then i don't see how its feasible to have a 150 watt game system plus the 30 plus watts on the tv.
