Since DOT clamped down on substance abuse, I have had to change my methods of entertainment. I have switched to bath salts and "legal buds." I also send harassing e-mails to various people from my old AOL Instant Messenger screen name, "lolkillurself1998." I have tried to get help for this and always relapse into using more bath salts and sending more harassing messages
What do drivers do for entertainment on the road

I don't really understand the no inverter policy to me it seems kind of crazy. I really don't like the policy but its a start at least until I get more experience

Personally I'd run very far away. Way to many decent companies taking green drivers to run with a mega. I found a good company after running solo for a month. Countless people on here have shared stories about never being with a crapy training ccompany. Dig around, many your find somewhere that realizes that comfy andd happy drivers run more miles. -
Ive been told after getting my license i could leave and go elsewhere but then id have to pay 4k for training. I can't afford the private schools nor can i afford the colleges. I like kllm because they are a local company also because I don't have to go very far for training
Velli Thanks this. -
I left swift well before my contract was up. They sent a bill that's it. Monthly payments of not a whole he'll of a Lot compared to the fact that I'm a Lot happier and making more money.

Oh chromecast is an option just gotta figure out the whole Internet thing. I can do a hotspot device like mifi for like 100 a month maybe more. Between data, hotspot and the public wifis i should be ok. I do definitely understand but I'd rather stick out the first year and honestly leaving just because of the lack of an inverter seems like a petty thing

I give it a month solo.
Any takers? -
I understand trucking but you also have to understand that one of my uncles was the type who would leave a company at the drop of the hat for a stupid reason. Both uncles have told me that its very important to stick with that first company at least a year. Can someone please explain if it looks bad to leave the company that trained you after a short period
tscottme Thanks this. -
It wasent in my case. Other drivers may have different experiences tho.
-
Would that just be something to talk to the company you are looking at going to after training. How would you broach that subject. I just don't want to be one of those drivers that leave for stupid reasons. I've got an uncle who has left just about every company within 6 months of starting
