I left swift becuasee they couldent keep me out of the shop and never paid me my crapy brakedown pay. And when they did run me it was all crap that wasent worth turning the key for. I was just honest. I needed money. I was hungry for miles. I wound up getting in with a good company with miles decent cpm (for my experiance level) trucks set up for driver comfert, manual tranys (can't stand autos) with a sign on bonus.

No interest no late fee. Just pay it. Swift wants 150$ a month. 6 months no payment goes to collections min is 50$ to prevent that. Once I get another paycheck or two under my ### I plan on send in 150 a week

You shouldn't pay them a dime, they were robbing you on pay from the very start anyways.

I'd rather no th have it hit my credit. But i gotta talk to this guy who called today about it first before I decide on a course of action. And the estimated 500$ they owe me wouldent even be worth a lawyer if it came to that

Ill have to read the contract and bring a magnifying glass for the fine print. Honestly I'm just wanting to get my foot in the door and when starting off i won't focus so much on the entertainment and more on the basics like a fridge and food and cooking devices
