A lot nicer than me. That pallet would have never gone back in the trailer.

I have been lucky on the ones that I had overage on. They just told me to trash them but that was a bunch of cookies and snacks. I ended up keeping like 10 cases and took them to the Volvo Shop that I go to. Gave all the stuff to the workers and managers. They love me. Any time I get something like that I try and give it to the Dealer.

Now days I be trying to get them to pay me to just throw something away. Rates suck!

Another fine example of why this industry has been turned into a three ring circus. It does not seem like you're running a business.

Kind of hard to stop it when you’re not allowed on the dock. I had a whole pallet of shrimp one time. But they signed the bills clean. I sold the shrimp for more than the freight paid.

I was thinking in the midst of this egg shortage, thousands of pounds of liquid eggs would probably pay good enough to sell off the back of the truck by the gallon

Had 3 cases of eggs get damaged a while back, funny thing is I loaded it myself and it wasnt damaged, the receiver never took the broken egg shells off the end of the load bar and my pallet jack they rammed the pallet into, sent pictures in and got 3 cases of eggs out of it

One pallet I would have put them In touch with an LTL guy or possibly just ate the bill myself, one pallet isn’t going to cost a whole lot even if a day of layover to pay for it, better than sitting

Uber was surprisingly good to me when I had a problem with them. Booked a coil that was supposed to weigh about 20 and then they put two on, doubling the weight. The rate was already above market so I really didn't give a #### but asked for more money because its an angle. They said they would see what they could do and in about an hour got back to me with an extra 300 on a rate con.
