What do i need to do?

If you need to drive 85, then you're doing something wrong. In fact, if you have to drive over 70, you need to re figure what you're doing. Also, horsepower and speed are two seperate things. The horsepower powers the truck, the gearing determines the speed. You need to go to the dealer, and, if you own the truck, have them put it on a computer and adjust it. But, as I said before, if you have to drive 85, you're doing something wrong.

you must take the truck to someone to reset the ECM to a hi RPM {must have title in your name to reset speed limits at most places}
