What do most truckers use to communicate with these days?

Channel 19 if you can catch everyone in a talkative mood. It's quiet nowadays.

Alternative channels are 1, for prostitutes. 2 for drugs. 3-5 for selling stuff. 19 to advertise services on these channels.

 

CB was more fun when the trucks were made out of metal.

 

What is this "communication," of which you speak?

 

northern Alberta, northern BC, northern Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon.

 

I'm in Colorado, channel 6 crazys jabber almost non stop

I'll say interweb mostly. Or wave when driving. But when parked nobody says boo to anybody most times. Thats the scary thing. I've been trying to figure it out but I just can't. And if sitting near someone most of the time people have their face in a device.

 

I threw my CB in the Trash Long ago...

Besides this truck doesn't even have real antennas....

So I would need to spend money on that too.
Waste of time and money.
