Yes English is a high priority. I've hung up before when I can't understand somebody. Try getting a com check # when someone is speaking broken English. Nightmare

 

The only thing I could wish for would be that things could always be like they have been for the last year. Rates are very high, capacity is tight, and any O/O who isn't making a lot of money and able to save a good portion of it in savings right now needs to quit and find another profession because you're not very good at this. If the rates aren't good in your part of the US, spend at least a couple weeks where they are. That's the great thing about this job, you get to take your office wherever the money is good.

Eventually the market will flip, and drivers will by crying poor again.

Surely, only few of them would want a business from Europe having a slice of freight market in this country.
Is it even possible to obtain authority to haul freight here while being based out of Europe? I don't think so.
