what do you all know about great plains trucking

They are brothers to holland enterprise out of fargo,nd and pull holland trailers/loads. I was told the treatment and equipment isnt as good as holland.

 

Can someone tell more about plains in north dakota thanks

 

I'm still trying to figure out why they are separate companies. They're brothers. They use Holland's shop, dispatchers, payroll, trailers, etc.... The only difference is their trucks, kind of. They're the same trucks, but they're blue and they keep them longer.

 

Different companies, same truck setups, different shops, GP is more laid back in my option. I worked for GP about 6 months, had to leave to attend to family,or I would still be working there. Long runs and no micro management, next to impossible not to get bonus each quarter.Bottom line two very good companies to work for. Also Insurance sucks, high deductible. Other then that two thumbs up!!!

 

Yeah, we were with Holland the last 2.5 years before going local. Good company.
