What would that figure be weekly or annually? I’ve only ever worked for one amazing company my entire short trucking career. I’m just curious to see what other drivers expect. I’m more than satisfied with what I get weekly ($1900-2500 on 5-6 days).
What do you consider good pay?

If a otr driver has a wife and kids and a mortgage and two car payments. And then complains he is not making enough, he is looking at it wrong, he is spending too muchnavajo, TX2Day, Big Road Skateboard and 8 others Thank this. -
You can save a million dollars on a janitor's salary. Most over-spenders claim they would save money except their pay is too low. It's a spending issue or an excuse. Many people I've worked immediately increase spending say 20% when they get a 15% pay boost. One guy bought a new truck after ONE paycheck with a bit of overtime.
Rubber duck kw, silverspur, MACK E-6 and 8 others Thank this. -
Cost of living is very different based on where & how you live and what someone considers necessary & what is a luxury. Hearing some number someone considers good or fair without knowing a lot of details about their living situation & expectations isn't of much value.
silverspur, MACK E-6, TX2Day and 3 others Thank this.
