AFAIK all national seats have the framework to support an arm rest. You might have to poke a hole in the fabric for the stud to go through. Should just snap into place with no tools needed. Some Pete's I've seen dont have a left arm rest so the seat can be tucked up tight to the door. They would have one on the right of the drivers seat but none on the passengers seat to preserve seat between the seats.
what do you do for an arm rest in a 359?

If you look at the back of the seat, around the slide track usually there is a sticker with there is a sticker with the serial no. You can do a search for suburban seating or seat specialists. I'm sure they can either help you or get you to the right mfg. to get you what your looking for.

Its a 359!--you can reach across and adjust the passenger mirror w/out leaving the drive seat&since NO self respecting 359 Pilot is gonna run air in the seat anyway--you just air the psngr seat till its the rite hite&rest your arm/elbow(whichever you prefer)on it--always worked for me!

The Sears Elite 80 seat I put in my 379 last summer has an armrest that folds up and back to give you more room to get in the sleeper.

Try a sling for a broken arm. You get sympathy at the scale...and lot lizards.
