No massage, they insert the very small needles into the muscle,it causes the muscle to relax.Usaully the pain is gone in minutes.
My wife is chinese, one of her friends has a large clinic in Houston. They also have a very large selection of herbs for Traditional Chinese Medicine.

What helps my back pain is hanging from a chin-up bar and relaxing my back. It stretches my back. Lots of back pain is one or more muscles staying clenched. When I pulled tanker, the trailers had a ladder built onto the trailer, I would grab the bar just above my raised arms and just hang there for a while.

If your truck seats have arm rests on driver and passenger, lower them, stand between them and put your hands on them like parallel bars in gymnastics. Raise your feet and relax your back. Let gravity stretch your back.

seat adjustment can do a lot for ride quality.

turn it lose,(so the seat moves back and forth), raise the front of the seat, and #1 is RELAX !!!!!

don't fight the bumps, ride them out.

Is that what the little lever looking thing is on the front of the seat. Cause when I unlock it all it does is allow the seat to move back and forth like a half inch ‍♂️

Basic physical therapy exercises help a lot. Sometimes with almost immediate results. They focus mainly on stomach muscles. The pelvic tilt exercise especially help me. Along with tightening my stomach muscles. Can’t do an actual crunch or sit up, that would instantly throw my back out. Everyone’s frame is a little bit different. Need to try all the exercises, see what works best. I suggest it as preventative maintenance. That’s the tough part. I forget till my backs out of whack. The exercises work, tough at first especially during pain. But working through it, makes it go away. There’s also exercises for the actual back muscles that get overlooked. They’re very helpful. Especially laying on stomach, arms and legs spread in an X shape. Lift right leg, left arm at same time. Repeat with left leg, right arm. Raising them together as if a puppeteer had strings controlling them. Lol. Sounds silly. Really works to build back muscle. Makes pain disappear. Learn all the exercises, find the ones that work. All the Chiropractors does is what muscles that support the skeleton are designed to do naturally. Strengthen the muscles for support. It’s free. Exercises can be done while lying in the bunk. Along with anything else that works. I’ve had surgery. Chiropractors will no longer touch me. Still have ruptured discs. Almost 30 yrs since I was told to stop Driving. Lol. Don’t let they’re diagnosis scars you. Degenerative disc disease just means your discs are getting older a bit faster than the rest. Need to maintain what you have, so it doesn’t wear out too fast.

Yes. Let the seat be able to shift back and forth, sit up perfectly straight in the seat.

Keep it unlocked. Avoids backslap. Need to avoid hard shocks. Don’t jump off docks. Be conscious of your posture. Walk properly. Sit properly. Do the exercises. Keep lumbar supported. Stop within 4 hrs and move around. Do the exercises if needed, only takes 5 minutes. Stretch often. Little bit every day makes a big difference in no time. Almost immediate results.
