What do you do for back pain while driving?

    like rideandrepair said, avoid hard shocks to body on rough roads

    if you drive a manual. Do not rest your arm on the gear shift. If your company isnt crazy with cameras, change up your seating position and your hand position often. You get a lot of vibration through the wheel, which causes neck, back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, finger .... everything pain. I tend to hold a position where if I blow a steer tire or something else tries to quickly rip the wheel out of my hands. I can control it. But tend to only exert light finger pressure on the wheel. ie lay my hand on one of the cross braces.

    I tend to ride with no air in my seat ... but, I'm on the tall side and I have a good seat.
