As a trainer I try to make sure all my students leave my truck with a little common courtesy. If you are going to be longer than getting your reciept and a quick restroom at best, park first even if the line is empty.

Altho the worst ones about this seem to be military convoys!!!! A couple months back I fueled, and parked since I planned to eat. Went inside got my reciept and a bite to eat. Came back out to leave and they had all fuel islands blocked and a line all the way thru the traffic lane in the parking lot. All stopped......3 hours later they finally moved and the mad dash to leave was on. Dispatch meanwhile was not happy! With a motto like "Go Army" you would think they would know how to "GO"!!!!!

And how many times have we heard that announcement for a driver that is blocking our exit from the island. They are lazy and too ignorant to park and do their business inside. We all know who these people are and see them everyday.
