This was a waste of my life.. I know that Swift driver probably did something dumb, but without the video of it then... there's really nothing to be said here. That video was of NOTHING, lol
What do you do when road is closed?

Wait, a SWIFT driver doing something dumb, c'mon, that's not possible, they are the smartest "steering wheel holders" on the road.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Actually, I think it's kinda funny, LoL~! I had 7 seconds to laugh, personally~!Toomanybikes, Suspect Zero and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

Ok, So the Swift driver probably went for the pass without knowing what was ahead. Gotta know where you are going before you get there right!? Sadly, the majority are guilty of this.
But now where are they gonna go? Who's going to let them in? Ohh no, not gonna let a Swift driver in. More than one one Joker on that road...G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
Was that you?
There is a line, a long line for the fact of stopped tractor trailers. Swift crosses the double yellow and drives down the line. But its ok if you dont know the road is closed? Im missing your logic.
The first clue to stop is the long line of STOPPED trucks.
Swift could have stopped, walked their ### to a truck and asked whats the problem.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
I gotta know what happened when he reached the end.

No, I drive for Prime, too slow to pass anyone.
I agree they screwed up. Dumber than cruise control, just pass because you are going faster without knowing whats going on ahead.
But the problem I have is that nobody was in the position to help them out. They all had their head up someones butt so far to not allow for the "Autopilot Factor". We all could make things less of a cluster if we left some room for people to go when they mess up. We aren't working together.str8t10, G13Tomcat and Blackshack46 Thank this. -
There have been roads closed for construction, bare dirt. No rain above. Interlock in, onwards. 50 miles of dirt and a few undecked bridges using the girders below does it for me. Then getting back after delivery.
Roads are not closed. In some cases you don't need a road. Many places out west it's just the land to roll on for a while. One rule, green grass = water below, get stuck. You want brown grass etc. -
Ehh, i agree to a point. I think everyone in the right lane was working together. Swift was the one who made a conscious decision to do their own thing. Swift was working against everyone else.
I admire your passion to defend people who #### up for no reason.
Ill be the one to judge someone for f'n up something so simple. Like follow the leader. Or dont cross the double yellow when a line of trucks is not moving, until you know why.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
...Or picked up his radio mike.
Oh, wait. What's a "radio"?
Boattlebot, G13Tomcat, Blackshack46 and 1 other person Thank this.
