    #### I just call Phoenix after hours and ask them if my terminal won't tell me. Even at my terminal they may not say, but if I ask if there's more time on the load, they'll say "when do you think you can legally get it there safely" or something like that... that's when I know I have a little to a lot more time to get it there.

Normally I'm trying to deliver early though, so lol

Yea man when they reschedule you can bet your ### that I'll either be having it repowered or leaving it on the side of the road and going home. Zero chance I'm babysitting their freight.

IIRC there was a terminal in Pennsylvania that was notorious for not giving out window information. Idiocy in my book. When I drove for Swift I was based out of Jurupa Valley, and they were always up front with customer requirements and very lenient with the need to run out of planned route to make a schedule in winter.

Knowing that brokered loads have "time windows" is gold for a driver. Most carriers don't want drivers to know that brokers are given windows by receivers more often than not. Shippers not so much.

Jonestown I believe. Highest fuel prices as well. I try to avoid the entire region if possible.

Funny thing is, if I am ever late, it's almost always to the shipper. What is normally completely within my control is getting the freight delivered on time. I can't really help when I'm dispatched on a load.
