A dispatcher who will "fight the brokers" for my detention pay, schedule delivery appointments at normal times (not 5am or 5pm), dispatcher that will work with the shipper/receiver if Im delayed. And most importantly dispatcher that will not get pissy after I refuse numerous loads that dont work in my favor.
What do you expect from your dispatcher?
