Let me know where the ad is up at... My C12 pulling a 3 axle trailer grossing at 100K lbs doing OFF ROAD is gettin 5 MPG ++....whats not to like about that??? Tell me where it is so I can buy it...

Here we go with the detroit vs. cat argument again. I'll settle this once and for all.

A detroit will ALWAYS beat a cat when it comes to fuel economy.

A detroit will ALWAYS beat a cat when it comes to repair bills.

A detroit will ALWAYS beat a cat on cheap resale value.

A detroit will ALWAYS beat a cat flatland.

A cat will ALWAYS beat a detroit to the top of a hill.

A cat will ALWAYS beat a detroit in resale value.

A cat will ALWAYS be a more legendary motor than detroit.

A cat will ALWAYS beat a detroit when it comes to warranty on overhauls (check the warranty I had a chance to read every bit of it when I sat a freightliner for 8 hours 2 weeks ago)

Bottom line detroits have the good along with they're bad much like cat's do. But making that statement holds no water. You can say you know 5 detroits that'll out run and out pull that cat in that W9 that may be true it may be a complete b.s. I wouldn't know don't know who owns them or what's been done to them. But I happen to know of one bone stock cat that'll out pull and out run all 5 of the detroits that you named plus the two you own. I'd imagine with the post below that "TURNED UP" is the key to those detroits that will out pull that 550 in the KW. But even those "TURNED UP" detroits will have trouble keeping up with my factory cat. They'll probably beat me flatland I'll admit that, I'll end up fueling before them I'll admit that, but it only takes one long steep hill and they'll be staring at my tail lights and that's a fact.
