    Hello.Need you help,thank you,.
My company needs a tool to do diagnosis especially commins and dodge trucks.
I find one called nexiq 125032 interface, but i am not sure if it is good.
Because I know less about it,I just know one called Cummins INSITE 7.5.
So what do you know about it?
Compared with Cummins INSITE 7.5,it is a little more expensive than INSITE 7.5,if it is better in function?
    Thanks.Any suggestion will be accepted.:biggrin_25520:

That piece there is what's called a translator, it plugs into the 6 or 9 pin socket on your truck. You will also need a compatible laptop, I have Windows XP for mine, and also Cummins Insite to complete the system. You will have to load the software from the Nexiq product onto the computer, than sync it to the translator. When properly loaded, you start insite, plug in the translater to the your socket and Insite will do the rest for you.

Yes, we use these, they work great. Like Dino said, these boxes are just one part of it. You still need a laptop and Insite is the software that runs on the laptop. The Nexiq Usblink allows for communication between the laptop and truck. So you need both. Big $$$ to get into this.
