The way I see it, the longer I'm on the road the less I have to pay in rent, utilities, cable, etc. Even if you're not making big money, you're also not spending big money. I might be wrong, I don't have the experience to say otherwise, but I personally wouldn't have a problem with long term otr.

In a few years if I'm able to work my way to the top pay scale then the guys that are at the top at this company are making extremely good money. They get paid 4 ways, right now I just get paid mileage plus accessorial.
