Bad math and no real world video of the truck doing what he said.

Looks like a few companies have placed orders. Should be intersting to see once this spaceship gets on the road.

Good luck getting your fresh produce six weeks after it gets loaded on a train.

The ladder executed a pre-emtive strike on Swift when it felt Swift was getting to close. :)

Ok, keep your perishable goods on trucks, for anything non-perishable, if we could manage to think ahead in advance we could use rail a lot more than we do now and reduce a lot of truck miles. Would it be a logistical nightmare? Absolutely. Impossible? No.

There is an enormous amount of goods already on rail, so much so that we are probably at capacity without more tracks.

The whole transportation industry is increasing to just in time freight for truck traffic. For instance look at Amazon.

If lawmakers make autonomous implementation occur in such a way that it helps humans I can see it as a good thing. But to do it in a predatory way where big business only motive is the bottom line, then humans are going to be decimated. We might just see the population drop by 20-30%, and that is just for starters.

It will be interesting to see how technology effects mankind in the future.
