I wouldn't go to AK, Alaska for training.......lol I know you mean AR, Arkansas

If it works in your long term plan, then 1 year or so will be a cake walk. I can't say much for FFE. If they will train you then you have nothing to loose. They would be giving you experience that you need and it looks good on a resume. Reefers are easy to operate. Don't worry about not knowing. Keep to your plan, I am sure other doors will open along the way. Good Luck

Smitty, search the good and bad forums, they are right at the top of the page, I was considering them so I'll help you out a little bit. What I found out is they are not a big trucking company but a smaller one. Some of the things I read seemed to lean towards a company that cares a little, and tries to help you do your job and get you home when you need to get home. The bad stuff I read wasn't that much and you could say that about almost any trucking company. They have one or two sister companies that are on the smaller side too, maybe they focus on that. I think the real frustration here will be having to deal with the food warehouses, I hated most of them I visited, some serious problems with that whole game if you ask me. LOL Do your research.
