You weren't screwing yourself out of money! LOL It was only Vern because I happened to be in NJ...The review is done without us being involved, the only thing that came up was I wasn't charging them enough money for certain things so they had Vern talk to me about it, that's all that was about...
What does 90 day review consist of?

For sure I cant remember her name but theres this female driver that I met in orientation I run into her all the time in conover, anyway when I was in oreintation she pulled out her red book and showed us the money parts and said NEVER forget you put something down that you should get paid for, we do enough work for free...and i LIVE by that! If I do something that W/S wants to pay me for you bet I'll take it lol

I was told the 90 day is sent to a safety board and that they review your miles and such, I was never told of a sir down meeting..

LOL...yeah. I sat with Vern for about an hour talking about family and such. As I left he said "oh, your safety review is done just sign this paper"...LOL that's all it was.
Basically, they just go over your logs, trips packs and if you've had any...ummm..incidents. If there's a problem anywhere they'll go over it with you so you know if you need to correct anything down the road. If they don't see anything, they won't call you in. -
ohh ok, I knew I remember you said something about it, just couldnt rememeber all of it lol

I just got my cpm bumped up, earlier than my 90 days would dictate, so I guess I'm 'hired'.. but ya, nothing formal happened.
ohya, and I wasn't a perfect driver either, just for the record! -
I must say. I am surprised that you have been there only 90 days. I have been following a few of you at WS on these threads and you all seem so relaxed and confident when you speak of your adventures that you would think you have been doing this longer. Truly, a great testiment to the "training style" of WS. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC. And I have the choice of one company to start here with but because of you guys I am really starting to think about moving to the Charlotte area so I can start with WS. The only thing right now is that my mother is kinda elderly and alone and although she will have caretakers down here, I would probably never get to see her if I did. I have been kind of a caretaker for her for the past ten years and did a good job setting her up but just a little leary about leaving her cold turkey. Although, she says go whenever I talk to her about it. And I don't like job hoping so once I committ would stick it out, so there would be no going back. Unless of course, god forbid something horrible happened. Good job on the 90 days. Really good job. By the way I looked at the road you drove on in WV. I agree, a little crazy to have a truck on there. I hope all the roads they send you on aren't like that. Cheers.

I stand corrected.. I *did* have a sit down with Safety today. But that was mainly because I was wondering around the Missoula terminal asking if I passed the safety board's review. I think if I hadn't been there in person, it would've just been a phone call .. if anything at all...
