what does a pre-hire consist of

    .I got a call from T.D.I. in south bend and the recruiter wants me to come down to check out the school. He also wants me to fill out some apps to try to get a pre-hire, does that mean if I get a pre-hire, will my schooling be paid upfront by the company or what?

    Pre-hire means you look good on paper. You still have to pass muster. You're not hired until you get a payroll # and a truck.
