What does JB Hunt mean by "MON UP TO $5,000 Transition Assistance"?

    They have gotten some dedicated contract with somebody that has shipping locations far off the beaten path, and they're needing drivers willing to move close to this location to properly serve the account. and they know they will have to offer something besides pay to entice drivers to take the "risk" of jumping into the unknown.

    "MON" may be a typo but I don't have a clue what it was supposed to be. Some context may help.

    If you Google "MON UP TO $5,000 Transition Assistance" it's all over the internet in connection with JB Hunt ads, but nowhere does it explain what it means.
