I would be hauling a flatbed with upto 48k cargo. Do you consider that heavy haul or regular. Lower gear ratio or higher ratio is better for that?

Any of those should be suitable for 80k or less.
Heavy haul = you need to buy permits for weight -
4:11 gears for steep mountain grades at 55 mph and 3:55 gears for flat ground at high speed.
