What would you suggest for a marketing campaign in order to get a truckers attention? From my father and father in-law (both haulers) they said that word of mouth is often the best and fastest way to fill the lot. We're already cold calling and threw an add up on craigslist as well.
What's your honest opinion? Facebook marketing, cold calling carriers etc.?
What does the ideal Truck Storage Lot look like?

As much as I really, really hate to say it, my wife has had excellent results using FB Marketplace.
And if you repeat this I'll never again respond to one of your posts. -

To me, to avoid driver fatigue and the foolish whom cant understand backing?
Two lanes of traffic. the traffic flows on to perimeter only. Angled stalls. Drivers enter the middle of the parking lot. Find a empty slot (if available) and drive in. At the end of their ten they keep going forward pulling out of the slot driving to the perimeterthen turning safely with out damaging other trucks. Tho 96 slots will still make it a pee and poop yard as many drivers wont walk that far to find a johnny station.daveolson36 Thanks this. -

Erect a large bill board sign on the property. You said it was near beltway 8. You'll get the attention of thousands of trucks a day including local & OTR drivers. I dont think anything is going to get you any better (customer base) attention than that. In my opinion, as Curtis Mathis used to say about their TV's... "expensive but darn well worth it".Luther Morgan Thanks this.
