My tight line is based on 22 years of EMS. I am sorry you don't see the error of your ways. I sincerely hope that someone is not checking their high beams when you or a loved one are in need of an Ambulance or a Fire Truck.
However, I highly doubt that you can flash your high beams at 80-100 flashes a minute and manage to hit the right code to trip the light. Before you say that is only on newer systems, visible strobe has been in effect for 30 years. The newer systems all use infra-red strobes at a keyed sequence.
