Roadys motor Inn at the corner of US 127 & 33 in Mendon, Ohio is a good place to eat. The actual truck stop isn't much but the food makes up for it.
What happened to "real" restaurants at truckstops? What stops still have them?

There's a restaurant at GeeCee's Truck Stop I-5 exit 57 in Toledo, WA. I haven't eaten there yet but it's usually packed with locals if that's any indication.

Jimmie's and Red Onion were remodeled and can't be beat. A great Old World style truck stop with good service, good food and plenty of parking. I'll always stop when crossing I-10Dave_in_AZ, stwik and larry2903 Thank this.

Best southern fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. Cooked fresh when ordered, so it takes 20 minuets, but worth the wait.Dave_in_AZ and stwik Thank this.
