What happens at the end of CRST's contract?

I realize this thread is old, but what happened? My contract is up 10/2 and I'm interested to know what goes down. I don't want to tip then off that I'm leaving!

 

What happened as roomie is training right now in week 1. He will be on that 10 month contract. Thank goodness I am just doing a refresher.

 

Oh, so you're stuck in the dorms- good times... You'll see those people dwindle down to less than half of what they started with- between the drug test results coming in tomorrow and folks realizing they aren't smart enough to pass their permit test.

For me, literally nothing has happened. No one said to me, "Congratulations, you're done with your contract!" Not a peep. I decided to stick it out through the holidays because I know I'll be able to get home time for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

 

So you are upset that no one paid special recognition because you held up your end of the deal?

Did you go around singing the praises of CRST when they trained, hired, and paid you? I doubt it.

 

At the end of the contract you plan to have that truck turned in at one of their hiring terminals and you get out thanking God you're still alive

 

What's with the attitude?! No, I didn't expect special recognition but I did expect to hear from my DM or someone letting me know my obligation was completed.

 

Just sick pf people crying when they don't get congratulated on doing the job they were hired for. Please, continue ....

 

I never asked to be congratulated. After all the passive aggressive threats they dole out about completing your contract and going through ten kinds of hell to even get a copy of what was signed, I sure expect to hear from someone when said contract is up.

 

They know if they let you know you're chances of quitting are incredibly high. They don't tell and hope to squeeze another few weeks or months outta you
