So is it on your driving record thats what I really want to know

If your boss told you that, he's a jerk. I personally know twelve end dump trailer drivers. Each and every one of them has lost a trailer. It happens. Reasonable bosses know it happens.
Just don't make a habit of it. Focus every day.ChaoSS Thanks this. -
It's not so much the offical state driving record.
We had a driver get in the way of our backhoe shovel one day trying to unlock the gate too quick. It knocked him out cold. They dragged him under a shade tree after taking vitals, slapped a cold wet towel on him and started tracking the amount of time he was out (4 hours) for payroll purposes.
That will learn him to be more watchful and slow around that shovel.
One of my single screw dumps a little tiny international with like a 8 yard box had stone in it one day it's been raining long and hard enough to set that stone together in one big lump. They go to dump it in a forest and thump, it points straight vertical to the sky.
Back hoe comes around grabs the front end and THUMP back down it went. Then started chopping stone before dumping properly.
That little company was a hoot to work for. Always something. And the best part? Boss man is profane. Fired me a thousand times, Fired my crew boss ten thousand times. Fired my other worker twice that many, the next morning at 7 am phone rings. HEY YER LATE> GET DOWN HERE NOW. WE GOT WORK.
Ok boss. But once in a while we take on a giant job of a parking lot for example. Many dumps both ways. When his profanity laced howling starts, you will find all of us hiding on the other end of the wall around the corner. Some days are just bad. But he will absolutely work until the day he drops.
I hauled a stone truck one time and loved it. But for whatever reason no one gave me a oppertunity to do it for a living. Fine big deal, give me that CAT 936 wheeled loader and I'll sweep up after them bucket trailers LOL.Zacgehret Thanks this. -
Right I mean I think I would get fired but being my first yr driving its insurance in worried about not to mention for reasons to long to list here I don't see this gig lasting 3 or 5 yr so an accident on my report would screw me in the future which is why I want know if tipping a frameless gets listed as an accident on my record
-
Sorry meant to say don't think I would get fired

Mine happened on private property, so it wasn't.Zacgehret Thanks this.

Maybe just ask your boss? If it tips while your dumping, it won't go on your license. Your boss can't put anything on your license, however he could report it to DAC. It seems like your boss understands that a tip happens sometimes, so I doubt he would report anything. And I doubt he even uses DAC as most dump companies don't. But just ask him.
Now if you tip the truck while driving it on a public road .... thats a whole different ball game.brsims Thanks this. -
What is dac
-
Doubtful you'll ever deal with it driving an end dump... it's typical for major OTR fleets to use it, they'll note any preventable and non-preventable incidents (whether recordable or not), etc. and other carriers who use DAC can access it.
