What happens to leasers when fuel prices go back up?

    Filing as a S Corp is unnecessary for 90% or more of these lease operators they don't make enough revenue. No it's not a huge tax benefit to you per se, it's a tax benefit to your LLC which technically is you. When these these guys get paid in per diem the aren't gaining any benefit The company they are leased to is.

    You think I was disagreeing with your point, however, I was affirming it. That's my point, my LLC benefits from paying part of my wages as an employee of the S Corp as per diem.
