what happes if you damage your load?

The CEO will beat the hell out of you.

 

if that was the case the poor ceo of swift would die of exhaustion

 

What i noticed about damaged cargo from my shipping/warehouse days is that some products on pallets might lean or tip over....it has sometimes have to do with the person loading it correctly and the driver; as the driver just dnt jerk ur truck around or make a swift/fast turn

 

When I worked in grocery receiving at Walmart, we had a trailer come in from a meat/produce truck that had flipped on its side. We were the "closest" store (we actually weren't but the other store in towns manager had more seniority and was able to have the trailer bypass his store) and our people had to try and salvage the load and reload it on a rental trailer to continue onto its final destination which was another Walmart store. Nearly all the produce was trashed because the RPCs came apart spilling everything but most of the meat was still ok as it was sealed in boxes. My shift ended before the mess was cleaned up and I heard it took another 3 hours for a total of 6.
