    Can I find an insurance company to cut me a brake if I only truck on the weekends in my own equipment? When I was trucking full time I remember one of my bosses telling me that he paid his insurance on a per trip basis, and that when they're not running they're costing him money in insurance!

    Insurance companies are more restrictive now.

    However, if you work a full time job and want to truck on weekends, you will have a problem with the logbook.
