Means "He bungled the job, now do it again; right, or cough up the money." In the equipment business it is known as a "Come Back".
We did not like them. Hand that did it got the thrill of doing it again (off the earning clock) and getting to explain the why/what/reason
we are looking at this back in the shop

From memory of the original pic Dave had up and saying "it pulled out" best guess is there was a leak at the line into the fitting.
Simple; loosen the line nut, cut line off just past existing ferrule. slide the compression nut back up the line. Slip on a new ferrule well up on the line, insert the line end into the fixed piece till it bottoms-holding it there, slide the ferrule in to position, then slide the compression nut down to thread. KEEP THE LINE JAMMED IN TIGHT while you tighten. The line was not far enough up in the fixed piece when he tightened. There is no way to test the work. It is done right and holds as should, or starts leaking very soon. (I was told one time by a friend: "Roger, I don't know how you get anyone to work for you."
Fairly typical of nylon and copper line fittings and their need for detailed fitting together.

Yesterday, my side box was frozen . Lifted the bunk, grabbed the hub oil, after topping hub oil, and driving 40 miles. Had to top it again. It’s so cold, oils thick. 2 hrs later before leaving, still low. New bottles empty. WTF? Where’s it going? No visible leaks. Buy new bottle, top it off again. Didn’t take much. Finally get frozen side door open. There’s the OTHER bottle of hub oil I had originally been using. Still half full. Explains everything. Lol.

We got our centramatics and all nice clean truck. Since I pushed that air line back in, it's all tight again. Thinking maybe the end of that line needs snipped off.

All day to get simple things done to set up the truck. Inside got cleaned pretty good. Didn't realize the visibility was so good lol.

Once again thinking if you just let the truck go to hell in a hand basket you'd have a lot moar free time.

The OM said this still counts as an 'OFF' day, and is counted as home time.
