Those paper tags are bad luck. Better to cross a scale without any plate at all. I crossed at least 3 on my way home. New ones on its way. Think I’ll wait for the real plate, to back out.

High class Truckdrivers these days. Must be the good rates. The old effederin pills were popular. Till they were outlawed. Every Truckstop has a supply of white cross “Bronchial Inhibitors” They made you real jittery. Worked like muninex though. Really cheat your lungs out. Blow your heart up too. Nasty stuff.

Just bought a box of Townehouse. Left the ritz at the Truck, along with the peanut butter. They were scarce for a while here. Got another corn beef brisket to make tomorrow.

Well, I got the Jeep fixed. Put the old accelerator pedal back on, as a last chance resort. Runs like a champ, with the new throttle body. Going to return it, and get her a new battery. #### batteries have gotten expensive. AGMz only $20-$30 more than a regular flooded battery. Now they have one called EFB. I have no idea what that is. No CCA ratings No Reserve minutes rating. Further research is due. Let Dad fix your car. $73 fix. Add $50 fill up, and $200 battery. Probably change the oil and air filter too. I’m not cleaning it though. Have to draw the line somewhere.

How many daughters you got? I had three.. All did well with "their" first car experience. Find the jack, jack it up, put on spare,,
Remove spare, replace tire on ground, replace spare in trunk (correctly). Put up jack. Now, recheck the lugnuts and put on the hub cap that I told you to do last for a reason. Back up from park, look at where you were... Any oil, water, loose parts?? Pull dipstick, wipe, restick. Here is where the wiper fluid goes.
Never had to go recover them and gave them AAA when they married.
