i seem to have bought and collected many more tools while on hometime. think we will have to stretch the frame and put a service box on the back of bluebird to carry all this junk around.... although i did find a brand new LED headlamp with hard hat clips so i will never have to strap/chain/tarp in the dark any longer... not sure when i bought that. but it was a great idea.

 

London Broil is awesome if done right.

Low an slow on the grill. Same with the oven.

One of those cuts that can go very bad if one doesn't cook it right though.

Wife loves when I do one in the oven. It'll take 3 hours but it'll be tender, and juicy.

Hrrm...think I found dinner for next weekend.

Time to stock up on beer.

I just got home. There is leftover pizza on the counter. I was happy. Opened the box to find mushrooms on pizza. I am no longer happy.
