    I’m calling BS on the $240 million rotten fruit and veggies number there was a economist from UT El Paso saying even more BS about it costing $477 million a day because of the stepped up inspection on the Texas border. If you want to know the exact figure of or if there is a loss ask an accountant not an economist. Besides the line to cross over from Mexico to the US is normally 12 to 18 hours anyway and kicking it up to 24 is not going to drive up cost that much.
