Actually not too bad a little truck. We had one in the fleet in 56. IH 450 engine, 8 speed RR, 22" rubber. Pulling 34' trailers back then, mostly livestock.
With the 5th wheel setting up close, it kept all 4 on the road and actually rode good on good roads. Talk about close in a wreck, bumper hit, then your toes.

Be thankful for GREAT favors now, ya hear. Think of riding in my avatar MACK's sleeper, windows down, vents open, t/shirt and shorts, leaving the TTT in Tucson nearly to Benson and only 1500 miles to China Doll in Mobile, AL In Southern humid summer time..

At 500X I swear the big sign on bldg says Gas $.13, tax 4,total $.17. Also appears to be a "late model" sedan, as gas filler apparently near rear. Old Ford Model A's was on the firewall, in front of windshield and above engine. Some constants tho, spare is as bald as my dipstick.
