I took a poll...most of our guys were tired of running 299 clear back in 1970. I like it a lot better now that I don't have to do it if I don't want to.
You can tell a 299 driver in the winter time by the way his knuckles drag on the ground 'cause his arms are all stretched out from chaining four or five times every day.

One of the people I've met in real life from TTR, I was expecting to be about a foot taller.

You may be surprised. It’s actually meatloaf. Two of them and and potatoes, little red and white creamers.

If you interested, here is a marinade you can use on beef.

    1/2 cup soy sauce.
    1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar.
    2 Tablespoons Worcester sauce.
    1 tablespoon garlic powder.
    1 tablespoon onion powder.
    1 teaspoon celery powder.
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder.
    Some black pepper.
A good pinch of brown sugar.
Mix all together, let stand 15 minutes.
Taste and adjust to your liking.
pour over meat and let stand. I usually go a few hours. Turn as needed to make sure it gets both sides.

Heck ya I will agree give me Donner in the snow any day before 299. That toss chains drive 19 miles remove and repeat all the way is just so much fun.
