I have some not-too-fond memories of pulling an antique 50 ton Talbert that didn’t have ramps. I had to drag out the 12x’s before loading anything.

    The truck has stopped!!!!!!

    At an indigenous Flying J.

We suffered soul crushing MPG DEVASTATION at the hands of non-indigenous winds created by wind turbines which have moar rapidly cooled the earth's core.

    The OM is however pleased.

We’re expecting the tain all weekend here.

Hopefully it stops long enough to get in and of the drop and hook for tomorrow’s linehaul run.

Lol ! I haven't even hauled heavy yet and it's painful. A 4x4 under the trailer works but still.

What size bolts to use on the ramps? 3/4 inch grade 8 is what I was thinking? Or is 1/2 inch ok as well? Or bigger ? Gonna have to do some cutting on the ends . @Rontonio @Oxbow suggestions/advice?

They say you get used to the noise after while. Five, six years, and if your sanity holds out you won't hardly notice them any more. Until they stop, that is. Then, the eerie silence......
