    My road bike has a nice custom Russell seat. I can do 600 mile days but usually don’t push that hard.

    Dual sport has a nice custom seat too. Pretty sure it’s made out of a 2x4. 200 miles over moderate terrain would be a really long day.

    Went to dentist today. Got some prescription toothpaste. Supposed to help with sensitivity. Then went to bbq joint. They don't do pickles and onions here like they do in Texas.

    I go tomorrow. Had a filling fall out 3 weeks ago. Had to cancel last week since the whole house was puking and crapping everywhere. Been in some pain.
