Well 28g is near capacity for the 223 cartridge. Wildcat loads cut the cartridge life short. Usually the neck cracks after a few hot loads. I haven't touch a gun or reload equipment in a number of years so my info maybe outdated.

 

Down here in the south, where that stuff runs everywhere in pipe lines.. We call it "The Clean Blue Flame."
