This is sort of funny and not. They want to protect bees. Bees are invertebrates, they use the same law that originally set up to protect fish, an invertebrate.

Have to say, protection of bees seems to be something that is important. Bees are a crucial part of ecological system. They do a great job of pollination of trees and plants that provide food.
