    Why are YOU paying property tax as a RENTER? Property taxes should be paid by the property owner.

    I'm not paying property tax.

    I remember reading that property tax paid by property owners, can offset the city income/school tax.

    As a renter, I have no offset. I pay the full 2.25% city income tax every year.

    The de-rated Equinox is fixed - culprit was indeed rodent gnawed wires - hair evidence pointed to squirrel variety of rodent. The wires gnawed went to the high pressure fuel pump - :eek: - also done were spark plugs, belts, fuel injection service and new brake fluid. They also wrapped the gnawed wires with some kind of heavy duty tin foil looking material -
