A friend out in Virginia had own truck trailer, he was a BCO, not sure what that is exactly. Retired a few years ago.

The OM knows a guy that picked up a decent 53 dry van for $8K.

    But it's a spring ride.

Seller was just disgusted for whatever reason and wanted out fast.

Some people live trucking. Like The OM. Even though technically she is a cat.

Some people live to play x box and pound their meat.

I didn't make it that way, but it is what it is.

That’s fair. Never really had problems. Most times in and out in about an hour. Occasionally 90 minutes.

I think 19 hours is probably a lot closer to what it is now.

Is that like a dedicated type of thing? I know that he was tied into some cabinet manufacturers. That’s about all he did.

I've never been out in under 6 hours with anything port related. And it's the most miserable time ever. Granted it was all flatbed work so maybe equipment is different.

No. I'm a BCO. I have the capacity part of the operation.

That was with a flatbed. Drop the can on the deck, pull up toss 2 straps. Roll over to the outbound lanes, rest of the straps and 2 chains. Get the tickets and go.

Everytime I've been in the past couple years it takes 4 hours just to get in the front gate
