What if it Snows?

I wish. Those must be those long lost rich relatives I keep hearing about. We used to use quite a bit of heating oil 'til California started getting grumpy about it.
Wood is cheaper. And renewable.

 

Yet another of the brothers was in the Marines... He was part of the invasions of Tinian, Sipan, Okanawa, and Iwo... There were other, but those are the ones I can remember. He drove an Amphibious tank... Said they were about worthless. They actually tunres them into artillery on Sipan by backing them into holes so the guns angled more sharply upward. They did this because they couldnt get off the beaches with them because of the cliffs. Said yhe most vunerabke spot was the bellies... And they were exposed while they were climbing over slightly submerged reefs coming into shore from the launching vessels. They remidied that problem by welding airstrip deck plating to the bellies.

THE TRUCK HAS STOPPED!!!!!

Fortunately at an indigenous truck stop.

We got unloaded and had to go on a special op to see Mister Lee.

Mister Lee fixes computers. Unfortunately......Mister Lee say," Mother board is trashed. You have problem."

The OM was not pleased.

 

Broke down again in Atlanta.
ECM just can't seem to take the strain.
They say that there's like 8 different components to it, and they're changing them out one at a time.
I guess I got 5 more to go.

 

You know it's unbelievable the difference in the work ethic, and the attitude, AND the overall appearance of the stores between Safeway at okiedokie's house, and HEB in south Texas.

There is just no way. NO WAY, the west coast attitude / life style survives much longer.

I don't know how it's going to happen, but I do know it is going to happen.

And The OM can hardly contain herself looking forward to the day when we see some of you across the field.

 

So that laptop, wasn't really a laptop, more of a notebook, lasted about 2 years. 3 years? Bought it at the height of the hoax, refurbished, when there was nothing.

Two to choose from in an electronics store the size of Home Depot.

Bought it for like $350.

So's..........got a Mister Lee refurbished special for $180.

Downloaded everything from Cloud......back in business.

Donated the old one to Mister Lee.

Mister Lee and The OM were pleased.

Really is unfair to compare a Safeway to a HEB. HEB is a very well-run groceries store group.
