    Never filed with Oregon, Arkansas ad valorem tax is a pita. Kansas used to have it Years ago too. Have to file miles, and Value of equipment, even if you don’t run there. They send a notice, then an estimate, finally a bill. Also can be fined for paying late. Biggest bunch of BS. I can’t believe they’re allowed to do it. Ooida fought NY hut years ago, and lost. I don’t get the NY hut. I ran through there for a few yrs. thinking it was no longer needed, thanks to Ooida info. Turns out they didn’t require posting the actual sticker for a while. From what I understand it needs to be on the Truck now. I’m lucky I never got caught. Supposedly a tow bill and $1000 fine.
