Regular warehouse forklifts did not require Drivers Overhead Guard (DOG's) till OSHA rode in. Machine shops in Memphis made out like bandits
fabricating for the old Clark Clipper's and Carloader's (Red trucks). 3 " tubing, a bender, 6 sturdy crosspieces and 4 pieces angle for feet/mounts.
What was to engineer???

You try putting a little heat on some of that work???

 

Drivers getting that kind of money don't need trainers. Just an observation...

Appreciate the thought but eh it has paid for my 2020 truck so not all bad. Although with the fricken road destruction they are doing in Truckee and the backup it is causing is making me question my sanity.
