Sometimes I think back to my younger days(younger sounds better than 20+years ago...) Especially now when i look in the mirror, which i try to avoid, cause there’s this guy with thinning hair and gray(grey?) in what used to be thick brown hair, and i have to take a double take and say? “Wth happened to me?”

Anywho.. here’s something i learned along the way.
If you go out drinking, sometimes it’s good to not go out drinking with friends, cause they’ll remember things you won’t, or can’t.
Once upon a time.... in a land far, far away,.,after ... we’ll we use “you” after you had been drinking a bit but blackout drinking, and in the process, when you really don’t care, and there’s no way you can even do the simple things, like bend down and touch your toes, because you didn’t realize the room is on a swivel and it’s now picked up speed.. one of your “friends” who hasn’t had as many drinks? will say something along the lines of, “Hey, yo, check out the lady over dere.”
And you gotta blink a few times then you’re gonna look, and what you’ll see is the most stunning, amazingly beautiful woman you’ve ever seen in your life!

Now, you’re gonna be.,, talked into going up to her to embarrass yourself, but you won’t remember.. but you’ll say something stupid like,
Hey baby, youse da most georgus woman I’s ever see in muy lifeises.
Watcha says we blow this joint, and goes and has some fun,”

That’s all you’ll remember bits and pieces of, the next morning.
First, you’re awake, but you can’t seem to open your eyes.
after wincing and wiping your one dominant eye, and trying to focus, you realize a few things,
1, light is coming through the window, just barely but it’s super bright.
2, when did the window get put there?
3. your still drunk
4, this isn’t your bed, so that’s why the window is probably there, so you sit up, set your feet on the deck and rub your head and get other eye working.
5. something just moved and snored:snorted behind you
6. you gotta look.

You know, being still belle drinking age(back then it wasn’t as big a deal) you gotta get gone, so getting clothed and trying not to fall, and be silent, you somehow achieve it, then you stagger threw the bedroom door and this big f dog barks, killing your escape and splitting your head,
Then you hear in a soft spoken voice, “Where do you think you’re going?”

Similar, but not quite the same. I can still remember some figments of my experiences.

Just got checked at the port for the first time in this rig... Clean bill of health.

Albeit was only to check my OSOW Permit and a blinker check... Thank god!!!! Ive got a few lights that I've been fighting on my pup. My pigtail got pinched the other day when I had to turn around in a VERY tight spot because of a downed power line. I've since cut off the pinched end and put a brand new plug on it... But for some #### reason a few lights are being stubborn. Work, then dont work, then kinda work... I'm sure its a grounding issue but I cant seem to find where.

You can't relate cause you're not an OTR driver. You don't know the indigenous horror of running out of mustard.

I know that I'm no longer a Big Dog, and thank you for pointing that out, but, in my limited time living the good life, I can honestly say that, regardless of size, I've never been to a place that didn't have mustard, (rest areas and strip joints excluded).
Which leads me to believe that you spend a lot of your time in rest areas and strip joints. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.).
